Hi, I’m Tom Foxley. I help adventurepreneurs create total freedom to do more cool shit.
From a skinny, vulnerable, bullied kid with a heart condition, I evolved into a Royal Marines Commando.
My journey continued as a CrossFit coach, followed by years of intensive study, experimentation, and mentorship.
I ventured into high-performance mindset coaching for elite CrossFit athletes, ultimately finding my calling as a guide for fellow adventurepreneurs.
However, this narrative overlooks a fundamental aspect of who I am—I am, at heart, an adventurepreneur.
I created my first business from a deep desire for freedom and adventure. My true happiness resides in the mountains, far from the trappings of civilization, immersed in the elements, cold, wet, and exhausted, with a challenging path ahead.
Whether it's skiing, climbing, mountaineering, surfing, or trail running, it doesn't matter. Anything that drips with adventure is how I choose to spend my leisure time.
Yet, with the passage of time, I've come to find van life less appealing than it once was. And I'm too old to tolerate the idea of sharing an apartment with 8 drunk teenagers.

Plus, I'm guessing my wife wouldn't approve either...
So, I made a conscious decision, the only one that made sense to me: I built a business and a lifestyle that grant me the freedom to embark on the adventures which sit at the centre of my heart.
I may not have known the term at the outset, but what I aspired to be was an adventurepreneur.
An adventurepreneur is someone who relentlessly pursues maximum freedom and maximum adventure through the operation of their own business.
I'm aware this may contradict conventional wisdom:
"You can't have it all."
You've likely been advised to focus on one thing at a time, to be realistic. And I agree with all of that — wholeheartedly.
However, there's a vital caveat…
To be an adventurepreneur, you don't need everything.
What you're striving for is not impossible. It's just really bloody difficult.
You'll not only run up against physical limitations, you'll run up against your personal limitations too.
I help adventurepreneurs abolish these limitations and do more cool shit.
